How do I get started with image editing on your website?

It’s easy! If you haven’t already registered, start here. If you’re ready to upload your files, use the website’s built-in image upload options (FTP, Google drive, drop box and other) to provide the link and complete payment. That’s it! What types of image editing services do you offer?

We offer specialized services to produce high quality images for brand requirements such as product photos, lifestyle shots, 360° photos, etc. Our services include: End-to-end image portfolio creation for creative campaigns, eCommerce, etc. Advanced image editing services like HD Retouch, Texture Wrapping, etc. Studio photography. How do I provide instructions and specifications for good image editing?

Detailed editing instructions for individual images should be 'on-image' via image annotation or instruction layer. General instructions may be added to the file’s metadata. For instructions about an entire batch of files, please include a separate PDF instruction file along with the upload.

Is there a limit to the file size or number of images in a single order?

There is no limit to the number of files in a single order; however, we have no control over restrictions set by third-party service providers like Google Drive and Dropbox. Contact customer service if you have a high volume upload requirement. We’ll be happy to set up a dedicated FTP pipeline!

How long does it take to receive the edited images?

We guarantee a 24 hr. Turn-around-time for all images without any quantity restrictions. We also offer 8-hour and 4-hour expedited delivery options. Please refer to our Pricing page for details.

Can I request revisions or modifications to the edited images?

Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with the results, you can speak with the editing team for rework.

What file formats should I upload my file in?

We accept files with .jpg, .png, .tiff, and .psd extensions. Please contact customer support for other formats like .heic, or RAW files.

What are the qualifications and expertise of your image editing artists?

We have a large team of over 400 image editors, graphic artists, designers, and photographers. Editing artists undergo extensive training on tools, general and proprietary techniques, industry & geography-specific requirements, etc. Team leaders and senior artists often have image editing experience of a decade or more, and have typically worked on tens of thousands of images.

What level of communication or support is available during the editing process?

We are available via email and phone 24 x 7, 365 days a year. Feel free to reach out! We also check our social media accounts several times a day for customer requests. Our enterprise clients have dedicated relationship managers.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the edited images?

We are committed to 100% satisfaction for all our clients. For this reason we conduct several consultations, brainstorming sessions, and adhere strictly to client instructions. If you are still not satisfied with the results, please contact customer support, and we’ll do whatever is necessary to ensure that 100% satisfaction!

Are there any restrictions on the type of content or images that can be submitted for editing?

We adhere to all national, international, and regional laws regarding ethical content creation and transmission. Please contact customer support for details.

Can I specify specific software or tools to be used for the editing process?

We use industry-leading software with the latest versions for our work such as Adobe Creative Suite. If you are an enterprise client with specific or proprietary tool/software requirements, please let us know during the initial consultation.

Are there any limitations on the complexity or extent of the edits that can be requested?

Not at all! We love doing intricate, challenging work to produce stunning images! We have developed a host of in-house tools and techniques to produce some pretty unbelievable work, if we say so ourselves!

How can I download the edited images once they are ready?

Once the images are ready, we will send you a download link via email to your registered email address. Please note that the download channel (FTP, Google drive, drop box and other) will be the same as the channel you used to upload the images.

Do you offer any additional services like resizing, cropping, or file format conversion?

Absolutely. In addition to our specialized work, we offer our Basic Retouch and eCommerce Package service, including background removal, resizing, cropping, and file format conversion.
